ProStart

ProStart provides opportunities for students to work with a chef mentor and compete at the state and national level.  The following award goes to an exceptional ProStart student who will receive ProStart National Certification this year for completing ProStart with a B or higher and competing on the 2020 state culinary or management team, congratulations Adrian Polai.

Each year, one student is recognized by the State of Colorado as a ProStart Student of the Year. This year, the recipient from Smoky Hill is Kevin Kelly. Kevin has completed two years of ProStart and competed on culinary team at the state invitational. Congratulations Kevin.
